1 About TailQ

TailQ is a technology platform that enables pet owners and users to discover and connect with independent veterinary professionals and book veterinary consultation appointments.

Depending on the services offered by a particular Veterinarian, a User may be able to book:

• Online veterinary consultations; or
• Offline/in-person veterinary consultations.

TailQ facilitates the discovery, appointment booking, communication, and payment process through the Platform.

TailQ is not a veterinary clinic, veterinary hospital, veterinary practitioner, or veterinary medical service provider.

2 Independent Veterinarians

Veterinarians available through TailQ are independent professionals.

The Veterinarians are not employees of MR Private Limited solely because they are listed or made available through the TailQ Platform. MR Private Limited does not employ or hire Veterinarians for the purpose of providing veterinary consultations through TailQ.

The professional relationship relating to veterinary advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, or other veterinary services is between the User and the selected Veterinarian. Each Veterinarian is independently responsible for the professional veterinary services and advice they provide.

3 Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating and maintaining your TailQ account. By using TailQ, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You will update your information when necessary.
• You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• You will not misuse another person's account.
• You will comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

4 User Account

Certain features of TailQ may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account. You should notify TailQ if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

MR Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, involve misuse of the Platform, or violate these Terms.

5 Pet Information

To facilitate a consultation, TailQ may allow you to provide information relating to your pet, including:

• Pet name
• Species
• Breed
• Age
• Gender
• Weight
• Medical or health-related information
• Previous medical history
• Current symptoms or concerns
• Photographs or videos
• Other information relevant to the consultation

You are responsible for providing information that is reasonably accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You understand that inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information may affect the Veterinarian's ability to provide appropriate advice.

6 Uploading Pet Photographs and Information

TailQ may allow Users to upload photographs, videos, documents, or other information concerning their pets while booking or requesting a consultation. You confirm that you have the necessary rights or authority to upload such content. You should avoid uploading unnecessary personal, confidential, or sensitive information unrelated to the consultation.

By uploading information through TailQ, you authorize TailQ to store, process, and make such information available to the relevant Veterinarian for the purpose of facilitating the requested consultation and related services, subject to the TailQ Privacy Policy and applicable law.

7 Booking Veterinary Consultations

Users may browse available Veterinarians and select a Veterinarian based on the information displayed on the Platform. Users may select an available date and time and book an appointment according to the Veterinarian's listed availability. An appointment will be considered confirmed after the booking has been successfully completed through the Platform.

Availability, consultation fees, consultation format, and other appointment-related information may vary between Veterinarians. TailQ does not guarantee that a particular Veterinarian will remain available on the Platform or that a specific appointment slot will always remain available.

8 Online and Offline Consultations

Depending on the Veterinarian and appointment selected, consultations may be conducted online or offline. For online consultations, the User is responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, and access to the required features of the Platform. For offline consultations, the User may be required to visit the location specified in the appointment details.

Users should carefully review the appointment details before confirming a booking.

9 Veterinary Advice and Professional Services

Veterinary advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, and other professional opinions are provided by the selected Veterinarian. MR Private Limited does not independently provide veterinary advice or control the professional decisions made by the Veterinarian. TailQ is a technology platform that facilitates access to independent Veterinarians.

Users acknowledge that veterinary diagnosis and treatment may require physical examination, diagnostic testing, laboratory investigations, imaging, or other procedures that may not be possible through an online consultation. A Veterinarian may recommend an in-person examination, diagnostic testing, emergency treatment, or consultation with another professional where considered appropriate.

10 Emergency Situations

Users should not delay emergency treatment while waiting for an online consultation, response, appointment, or communication through TailQ.

11 Consultation Fees and Payments

The consultation fee displayed on the Platform at the time of booking will apply to the selected appointment, subject to applicable taxes, charges, or other amounts disclosed before payment. Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. By making a payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction using your selected payment method.

MR Private Limited is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, card networks, UPI providers, or other third-party payment service providers.

12 Cancellation by User

Users may cancel an appointment through the Platform, subject to the following cancellation policy.

12.1 Cancellation 2 Hours or More Before Appointment

If the User cancels the appointment at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the User will be eligible for a 100% refund of the consultation amount paid, subject to any applicable charges that were clearly disclosed at the time of booking.

12.2 Cancellation Less Than 2 Hours Before Appointment

If the User cancels the appointment less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the User will not be eligible for a refund. The applicable cancellation status will be determined based on the scheduled appointment time and the time at which the cancellation is successfully recorded by the Platform.

13 Cancellation by Veterinarian

If the selected Veterinarian cancels a confirmed appointment, the User will be eligible for a 100% refund of the consultation amount paid. TailQ may notify the User of the cancellation through the Platform or other available communication channels.

14 Veterinarian Does Not Join an Online Consultation

If a Veterinarian does not join or attend a confirmed online consultation at the scheduled appointment time, the User should contact TailQ Support through the support email address provided on the Platform. The User should provide relevant appointment details so that TailQ can review the issue.

Following review of the circumstances, MR Private Limited may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund where applicable.

15 Refund Processing

Where a User is eligible for a refund under these Terms, MR Private Limited will initiate or process the applicable refund through the relevant payment method or payment service provider. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the User's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or other financial institution involved.

MR Private Limited does not guarantee a specific refund-crediting time where a delay is caused by a third-party payment provider or financial institution.

16 User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information.
• Provide relevant information about your pet to the Veterinarian.
• Attend the consultation at the scheduled time.
• Follow applicable instructions provided by the Veterinarian.
• Treat Veterinarians and TailQ personnel respectfully.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Not interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
• Not provide false, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive information.

17 Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Create fraudulent or misleading accounts.
• Impersonate another person.
• Misuse another User's account.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or malicious content.
• Use the Platform to harass or threaten Veterinarians or other Users.
• Attempt to manipulate appointments, payments, refunds, ratings, or reviews.
• Use automated systems or software to interfere with the Platform.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or unlawfully reproduce the Platform or its functionality.
• Use TailQ for any unlawful purpose.

18 Veterinarian Information

TailQ may display information relating to Veterinarians, including names, qualifications, areas of practice, experience, consultation fees, availability, ratings, reviews, and other information. Such information may be provided by the Veterinarian or obtained from relevant sources.

Users should make their own informed decision when selecting a Veterinarian. The listing or availability of a Veterinarian on TailQ does not constitute a guarantee of any particular medical or veterinary outcome.

19 Ratings and Reviews

TailQ may allow Users to submit ratings, reviews, feedback, or other comments concerning their experience. Reviews should be honest, relevant, and based on the User's genuine experience. Users must not submit false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or malicious reviews.

TailQ may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

20 Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the TailQ Platform, including its software, design, branding, logos, graphics, text, user interface, features, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to MR Private Limited, unless otherwise stated.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission from MR Private Limited.

21 Privacy

Your use of TailQ is also subject to the TailQ Privacy Policy. TailQ may collect and process information necessary to provide the Platform and facilitate veterinary consultations, including account information, booking information, payment-related information, and information concerning your pet.

The handling of personal information will be carried out in accordance with applicable law and the TailQ Privacy Policy.

22 Third-Party Services

TailQ may use third-party service providers for functions such as:

• Payment processing
• Communication
• Video/audio consultation
• Notifications
• Hosting and infrastructure
• Analytics
• Other technical services

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies. MR Private Limited is not responsible for failures, interruptions, or actions of third-party services outside its reasonable control.

23 Disclaimer

TailQ provides a technology platform intended to facilitate access to independent Veterinarians. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MR Private Limited does not guarantee:

• A particular medical or veterinary outcome.
• That a consultation will result in a specific diagnosis or treatment.
• That a pet will recover from a particular condition.
• That the Platform will always be available without interruption.
• That every Veterinarian or appointment will remain available.
• That information provided through the Platform will always be complete, accurate, or error-free.

Veterinary decisions remain the responsibility of the Veterinarian providing the consultation.

24 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MR Private Limited shall not be liable for losses, damages, injuries, treatment outcomes, or other consequences arising primarily from veterinary services, advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or professional decisions made by an independent Veterinarian.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

25 Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MR Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the Platform.
• Information or content submitted by you.
• Fraudulent or unlawful activities conducted through your account.
• Your violation of the rights of another person.

26 Suspension or Termination

MR Private Limited may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to TailQ where reasonably necessary, including where:

• You violate these Terms.
• You engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• You misuse the Platform.
• Your actions create a security or operational risk.
• Required by law or a governmental authority.

Termination of access does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

27 Changes to These Terms

MR Private Limited may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, services, applicable laws, or business practices. Updated Terms may be made available through the Platform.

Your continued use of TailQ after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

28 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of TailQ shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined in accordance with applicable law.

29 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.

30 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the TailQ Privacy Policy and any other policies or terms expressly incorporated into the Platform, constitute the agreement between you and MR Private Limited regarding your use of TailQ, subject to applicable law.
