13.2 The consultation fee displayed to the User will be the applicable fee for the confirmed appointment, subject to any clearly disclosed applicable taxes or charges.

14.2 The Veterinarian's share of the consultation fee will be 90% of the applicable consultation fee, subject to applicable taxes, statutory deductions, adjustments, refunds, reversals, or other amounts required under applicable law or Platform policies.
14.3 Applicable GST and other legally required taxes or charges relating to TailQ's commission will be applicable in addition to the 10% commission, as required by law.
14.4 TailQ may deduct the applicable commission and other permitted amounts before calculating the amount available to the Veterinarian for withdrawal.
Example: If the consultation fee is ₹1,000:
- Consultation fee: ₹1,000
- TailQ commission: 10% = ₹100
- Veterinarian's share: 90% = ₹900

17.2 If an appointment is cancelled by the Veterinarian, the User will receive a 100% refund.
17.3 Where an appointment is cancelled by either the User or Veterinarian and the User receives a refund, the Veterinarian will not receive the 90% share for that cancelled appointment.
